Perched on a hill with sweeping views of Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle, this large modern home was injected with stunning textures, both vibrate and rich color ways, moody lighting, and aspiring furnishings. We created needed moments of depth, and with the collaboration of the wonderful clients, this newly transformed house now feels like a home - a cool and sexy one.

The two offices, one for each of the clients, show CHID’s love of creating spaces that harmoniously blend styles, personality, and function. We believe every room should convey a sense of spirit and these offices do not disappoint! These walls are alive and captivating!

Primary Bedroom and Bathroom
Let’s just say… MOOD. This Room is textural. Full of seductive shades of grey and popped with rich jewel tones to make you feel wrapped in the blanket of the space. Complete with a custom bed thats stacked with a full wall headboard constructed of cherry wood panels and lighting to take you away in a trance.

Even the hallway leading to your home’s spaces should have a vibe and tell a story…
Lower Level Entertaining
This media room comes stacked with all the needs you could have for entertaining - a theatre area creatively disguising the large flat screen and booming home theater sound system that transports you right into the film being watched, a bar area with seating and out of sight storage for any of your refreshment needs, and two auxiliary seating areas - one larger for dining or some playing a board game, the other a smaller conversational space for something more intimate. This room has it all.
